Decided I wanted a crunchy snack. So, I'm making raw tortilla chips!
Key Ingredients: fresh corn, red bell pepper, onion, ground flax seed, hemp seed, onion, lime juice
The upside - When they're done, I'll have a healthy and crunchy snack I've been wanting. . . totally guilt free!
The downside - They have to dehydrate for like 14 hours! That means . . . no healthy, crunchy snack for me, until tomorrow evening!
I'll let you know how they turn out!
