Day 17 - Breakfast Lunch and Dinner

Another busy day!

So busy that I only had enough time to make my juice this morning. So, for breakfast I had a tall glass of apple, pear, strawberry juice and a baggie of apple slices.

For lunch, I snacked around while working. I had the rest of the spicy cashews I made, small green salad and 2 One Lucky Duck chocolate chip cookies.

For dinner, I decided that I wanted something special. So, I made fresh, raw corn tortillas with a spicy beans (has a sunflower seed base) and avocado/corn guacamole. Despite the fact that I went a little crazy with the cayenne pepper, it was a very good and filling meal . . . and I have plenty leftover for lunch tomorrow!
