On tonight's menu, we have a portobello mushroom, marinated in tamari, stuffed with Sunflower Sun-dried Tomato Pate, paired with a mixed green salad.
Key ingredients: portobello mushroom, tamari, sunflower seeds, garlic, basil, sundried tomatoes
